So now you have to go to
your Sent mailbox, open the message, copy the message
body into a new message, then copy the Subject into
the subject line, then you have to use a different
address--Right?
Actually, you are making it too hard. Instead, locate
the message in your Sent mail, highlight it, and then
go to the Message menu and choose the Send Again
command:
Instead of a blank
message, you have the old one, looking just as it did
before you pressed the Send button. Delete the bad
address and enter the new one--and send it on its
way!
This command can also be used to send the same
message to multiple people without having to resort
to blind carbon copies (these are sometimes
intercepted as SPAM) or adding everyone’s email
address to a message and suffering the wrath of
friends and family who are upset that you gave
unknown people their email address.
I frequently use this method when I am working on
projects for my user group. It takes just a second to
send the same message to multiple people.
If you send your holiday message via email, this
method will make your message “look” more
personal.
Happy Holiday Preparations!
