Bee Docs timline 3D

I am a real fan of timelines. I frequently find
myself making them to keep track of all sorts of
things.
Right now, I have one for our family. I have recorded
the dates of significant events in our lives. I find
this very useful in my project of getting all of our
family photos and mementos in order. Many of our
early family photos have no dates on them and most
are in boxes instead of albums, so as I sort new
ones, I find myself adding lots of dates to my
timeline.

Right now the timeline is stored as a text document.
I have considered adding photos to it, but that will
probably not work -- it runs the WRONG way--and the
passage of time does not display correctly.
What I need is an application to make timelines. Back
in the days of Mac OS 9, I had owned TimeLiner from
Tom Snyder. It now costs $99 and does not look too
professional.
I received a Twitter message this morning about a new
application,
Bee Docs timeline 3D, that is
being sold for less than half price. I visited
the Web site, and I must say, I am impressed by
what I learned about timeline 3D. I downloaded
it and I have spent some time playing with it. I
also found some excellent
video tutorials on the site,
including one by my friend, Don McAllister, of
ScreencastsOnline.
I plan on buying timeline 3D before Macworld ends on
Friday. It is being offered for $30 instead of $65,
making it even cheaper than the $40 Standard version.
Be sure to check out this offer if you want a new way
to organize and display event--it will even output
files to Keynote, the iPhone and iPods.
